<li>Seterusnya masukkan tomato, nanas, timun, epal & cili benggala. </li>
<li>Setelah masak, angkat & tuangkan kuah tadi ke atas ikan yang sudah digoreng tadi. </li>

Kalau penat nak uli yang doh besar uli yang kecik2 lagi cepat. Kalau tak uli dengan betul nanti doh seolah-olah pecah bila goreng... nanti karipap jadi berderai. Jadikan kepada 8 doh.<br /><br />3) STEP 2 : DOH BIASA :<br />700 gm tepung gandum + air garam. Uli hingga licin seperti STEP 1 & bahagikan kepada 8 doh.<br /><br />STEP 3 :<br />Ambil doh biasa, canaikan sedikit jgn besar sgt & letakkan doh berminyak di atasnya & balut semula menjadi doh yang besar.<br /><br />STEP 4 :<br />Ambil doh yang telah dijadikan satu tersebut & terap /canai sehingga nipis saiz roti canai. Belah tengah & ambil satu bahagian kemudian gulung seperti menggulung tikar.<br /><br />STEP 5:<br />Setelah itu anda akan dapat 2 doh gulungan tikar. Ambil satu doh gulung tikar & canai/terap lagi dalam keadaan melonjong hingga nipis & berhati-hati semasa mencanai. Biarkan bentuknya lonjong kemudian glung semula seperti gulungan tikar & ikut langkah seterusnya. Proses menggulung adalah sebanyak 2 kali di sini.<br /><br />STEP 6 :<br />Doh yang telah digulung kali kedua kemudian dipotong kepada 4 bahagian. Terpulang kepada masing2 hendak potong berapa bahagian, bergantung kepada saiz doh yang telah di gulung.<br /><br />Setelah doh dipotong, canaikan semula (spt cara membuat karipap biasa) & letakkan inti karipap.
